This is a magic machine – you need to get your hands set on it and make whatever you want. Buy it, use it, stop contemplating. And this one is durable. Original concern was timing – even 2-3 minutes of under/over cooking can affect results, so you need to be careful with time and temperature.

What I used for so far: cake, kababs (chicken and lamb both), pakora, peanut roasting, french fries, sweet potatoes, chicken wings coated with Chinese style sweet masala, aloo tikki — everything turned out to be good.
