A quick note about me

I am a business consultant for SMBs.

I work with SMB founders to help them grow their businesses using SaaS, systems built using Nocode platforms, Analytics, and automation.

I have a clientele spread across the UK, the US, Europe, and Australia.

The tools I love working with are Pipedrive, Glide Apps, and Zapier.

My experience with Pipedrive

During my time helping business founders, I have worked with a few CRMs over the past 5 years.

However, I like Pipedrive the most, especially for first-time CRM users and small teams, ones who are looking to move beyond spreadsheets.

My proudest CRM success with a British D2C luxury brand came with Pipedrive.

I created a Google Sheets-based CRM for the business, which took them from 0 to GBP350,000 per month in 18 months. At that point, I migrated their systems to Pipedrive and saw a 4x growth in sales in one year, and to GBP3.4M at its peak, all thanks to Pipedrive.

I have set up Pipedrive for 4 dental practices in the UK alone. Two of them saw continued growth and I still work with them to improve other areas of the business while one of them continues to use the optimized Pipedrive system I set up for them and that dental practice is almost on auto-pilot when it comes to sales systems.

Most recently, I helped a European company restructure and optimize its Pipedrive setup by employing best practices and leveraging automation opportunities.

Framework to select the right CRM

Given so many choices for your next CRM, I am sharing a framework I developed for CRM selection.

This framework is based on the understanding that no CRM will satisfy 100% of your requirements. And conversely, you will never use 100% of a CRM solution's capabilities. So this framework is designed to help you select the CRM that best serves your needs.

I followed this approach when I moved the British D2C brand from a Google Sheets-based CRM I developed to Pipedrive.

While you use this framework, I can be your Pipedrive Expert to vet your requirements against Pipedrive's capabilities.

Why am I doing this?

I am an independent and individual business consultant. This outreach helps me connect with people in my domain.
